Jude Bellingham steps into the role of the “little big brother” to his England teammate, following his extraordinary rise in football

Jude Bellingham has taken on the role of “little big brother” to fellow England star Morgan Rogers following their incredible journey together. Bellingham, who now plays for Real Madrid, and Rogers, representing Aston Villa, haven’t faced each other in competition since their childhood days playing for different Midlands clubs.

Rogers referred to Bellingham as his “little big brother” after they spent a memorable week together. The 22-year-old Aston Villa midfielder marked a significant moment in his career by playing his first match at Wembley for England in their victory over the Republic of Ireland, following his debut against Greece in Athens.

Sharing these milestones with Bellingham, someone he’s known since their junior England days, made the experience even more special for Rogers.

“We’ve spent a lot of time together and have known each other for a very long time,” Rogers said, smiling. “He’s a friend of mine, and it was great to share these moments with him. He’s been really helpful for me.”

After Rogers played 30 minutes in the 3-0 win over Greece, Bellingham shared a nostalgic post on social media featuring a childhood photo of the two of them together from their junior England days, along with a more recent photo from Athens. Alongside the images, Bellingham wrote, “Good job, brother. Come a long way.”
