Mbappe tops the list of the 10 highest-scoring players under 30 worldwide

Kylian Mbappe currently tops the list of players under 30 with the most goals scored worldwide. Erling Haaland, known for his remarkable goal-scoring ability, has been a prolific force for Manchester City over the past two years.

The Norwegian striker claimed the Premier League Golden Boot in the last two seasons and has started the 2024/25 campaign in electrifying form, netting nine goals in just four matches.

Despite his incredible performances, Haaland does not hold the title of the highest-scoring player under 30. To date, he has scored an impressive 266 goals for both club and country. However, this total places him second behind Kylian Mbappe.

One year older than Haaland, Mbappe has reached a staggering 336 goals since his professional debut. Of these, 288 were scored at the club level—primarily during his seven-year tenure with Paris Saint-Germain—and 48 for the French national team.

In the summer of 2024, Mbappe made a high-profile move to Real Madrid on a free transfer from PSG. The French captain has adapted well to life at the Bernabeu, already scoring five goals in all competitions. His early success has been aided by teammate Vinicius Jr., who allowed Mbappe to take two penalties.

Third on the list is Brazilian striker Gabigol, who plays for Flamengo and has scored 247 goals. Following him is Heart of Midlothian’s Lawrence Shankland, with 211 goals for club and the Scottish national team.
