Not Marcus Rashford, but Lisandro Martinez whom Man Utd is actively putting up for sale

Manchester United and Arsenal are competing to sign Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic, according to Tutto Juve.

The Red Devils, who have struggled in attack , are looking to bolster their attack with a new striker after Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee failed to live up to expectations in the Premier League. Arsenal, meanwhile, are also interested in Vlahovic and are expected to make a big move for him.

Vlahovic, who has just 18 months left on his current Juventus contract, could be sold if he does not sign a new deal before the summer of 2024 to avoid losing him for free in 2026.

Juventus beat Arsenal to the signing of the striker from Fiorentina, but his form in Serie A has been inconsistent.

However, he has impressed in the Champions League this season, scoring five goals, including a crucial one in the win over Manchester City. With a market value of around £53m, Vlahovic is considered a potential target for both Arsenal and Man Utd.

Red Devils ready to sell Lisandro Martinez

Manchester United are reportedly ready to let centre-back Lisandro Martinez leave amid interest from Real Madrid. According to Defensa Central, the Red Devils are willing to accept a £41.3m fee, significantly lower than the £56.7m they paid for the player from Ajax.

The decision comes as a surprise, as Martinez has been one of Man Utd’s most consistent performers in recent seasons. However, reports suggest that selling him would help the club raise funds to reinvest in other targets.
