Forward Vinicius Jr of Real Madrid concludes 2024 with two more prestigious individual awards: Best Forward and Best Male Player of the Year 2024 at the Globe Soccer Awards held on Friday in Dubai, UAE

Vinicius’ Real Madrid teammate Jude Bellingham also won two awards: Best Midfielder of the Year 2024 and the Maradona Award. Their coach, Carlo Ancelotti, was named Best Coach. While Real Madrid was named Best Men’s Club.

In other categories. Aitana Bonmati was named Best Women’s Player, while her club Barcelona also picked up the Best Women’s Club award. Barcelona talent Lamine Yamal continued to be unrivalled in the youth category.

Cristiano Ronaldo won two awards, including Top Scorer of 2024 and Best Middle Eastern Player. The award for Best Middle Eastern Coach went to Jorge Jesus. Al Ain won the Best Middle Eastern Men’s Club award… The “Special Career” award went to Florentino Perez, Rio Ferdinand, Thibaut Courtois and Neymar Jr.
