At the Globe Soccer Award ceremony in Dubai, Vinicius Jr received the award for the best player in the world and the striker could not hide his joy.

Vinicius receives another individual award

On December 27, the Globe Soccer Award 2025 was held. As usual, this year’s award ceremony was held in Dubai, UAE and some of the outstanding awards at this award ceremony include: best player, best young player or best team.

Vinicius Jr. won two awards at this year’s awards ceremony. The Real Madrid striker was named best player and best striker. In less than two weeks at the end of 2024, Vinicius received two individual awards: FIFA The Best and the Globe Soccer Award for Player of the Year.

Sharing after the above award, Vinicius said: ” It was not easy to be here. I accepted to trade many things to pursue my dream, as well as serve a great purpose: to make my loved ones proud.

This prestigious award sums up my wonderful 2024. Together with five titles with Real Madrid, I know that I am on the right track.

I would like to thank Real Madrid, Flamengo and the Brazilian national team for helping me fulfil my dream of playing football. I would also like to thank my teammates for always being there for me and helping me achieve success.”

Also at the awards ceremony, Real Madrid received the award for best men’s team. Coach Carlo Ancelotti was named best men’s coach and Vinicius’ teammate Jude Bellingham was named best midfielder.
