Jude Bellingham’s star power and transfer value continue to rise, as the Real Madrid and England midfielder is now ranked as the world’s highest-valued player, with a record valuation of €251 million, according to the latest CIES Football Observatory rankings. The 21-year-old leads a list dominated by Real Madrid talent, highlighting the club’s exceptional ability to attract top players.
Bellingham’s valuation is unsurprising, given his outstanding performances since joining Los Blancos, combined with his long-term contract that runs until 2029 and his young age. He surpasses Manchester City striker Erling Haaland, whose value stands at €221 million, with a €30 million difference attributed to Bellingham’s longer contract and youth (Haaland is 24 and has a deal until 2027).
Real Madrid has several players in the top five, including Brazilian forward Vinícius Júnior, valued at €205 million, in third place. Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal, the youngest in the top 10 at just 17 years old, ranks fourth with a valuation of €180 million, slightly ahead of French superstar Kylian Mbappé at €175 million. Despite being only 26 and having a contract until 2029, Mbappé’s value has dipped due to a challenging start in Madrid compared to his usual high standards.
