Pablo Maffeo, recognized for his rivalry with Vinicius Junior, was spotted celebrating Barcelona’s Supercopa victory over Real Madrid during a Mallorca training session.

Barcelona bounced back from an early setback to achieve an impressive 5-2 win against their fierce rivals in the Supercopa de Espana final in Jeddah on Sunday. Maffeo, who had previously clashed with Vinicius in their semi-final encounter, was seen celebrating Barcelona’s victory during training.

In last week’s match between Mallorca and Madrid, Maffeo was effective in getting under the skin of the Brazilian winger. Movistar cameras recorded Vinicius telling Maffeo, “You’re terrible; you’re going home.” In the end, the Spanish champions secured a 3-0 win, thanks to second-half goals from Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, and an own goal from Martin Valjent.

Carlo Ancelotti’s squad is set to return to the pitch on Thursday, where they will face Celta Vigo in the Copa del Rey round of 16.
