Luis Diaz was delighted to make his return to support Porto, and the Liverpool star was greeted warmly by the fans

Luis Díaz remains deeply connected to the team that launched his career to international prominence.

Taking advantage of a weekend break from Liverpool’s schedule, the Colombian winger traveled to Portugal with his family to support Porto in their important Primeira Liga win against Braga at the Estádio do Dragão.

Following the game, Díaz visited the locker room to catch up with his former coach and teammates, rekindling old bonds. Leicester City’s Ricardo Pereira also stopped by, contributing to the friendly and nostalgic atmosphere.

During his two and a half seasons with Porto, Díaz made 125 appearances, achieving some of the most notable highlights of his career. He netted 41 goals, delivered 19 assists, and helped the team secure five trophies while donning their iconic blue and white jersey.

Now back in England, Díaz is ready to return to Liverpool’s training sessions, recharged and prepared for the challenges ahead.
