Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé has been awarded the La Liga Player of the Month trophy for January, having scored five goals across three league matches last month.

Prior to the match between Real Madrid and Atlético at the Santiago Bernabéu, Mbappé received the trophy for being January’s best player in the EA Sports League, based on a fan vote.
