The Egyptian striker has also been directly involved in 52 goals or assists for Liverpool this season. In the 2024/25 Premier League alone, Salah has scored 25 goals and provided 17 assists.

The three points against Newcastle helped Liverpool extend the gap on Arsenal, who were held to a 0-0 draw by Forest in the same match, to 13 points.
