The rap legend, who the day before had a romantic date night with his wife, Beyoncé, wore a gold necklace and simple, understated accessories.

He seemed upbeat as he made his way to his 40/40 Club pop-up at Fanatics Fest.

His squad and a throng of supporters were gathered around him.

In addition to his casual yet fashionable outfit, he seemed to be wearing no accessories or jewelry, keeping a low profile.

He kept his hands in his pockets and spoke to passersby while walking in a laid-back manner.

He came alone for his night out and his wife, Beyoncé, did not accompany him.

Jay-Z was spotted going alone to the pop-up the previous evening before spending a romantic date night with the diva.

His appearance follows rumors that he intends to relaunch his famous 40/40 Club in New York City.

It was previously disclosed that he intended to incorporate sports gambling into the club at Fanatics Fest and relaunch the iconic club at a new location in the Big Apple.

Jay-Z and his crew will be working on reopening the club in a permanent location early next year after he opens a pop-up at Fanatics Fest this weekend.

According to Us Weekly, Jay-Z is currently looking for a new home for the club, which had been open for 20 years when its former Manhattan location closed in August 2023.

Sheldon Robinson, the vice president of operations at 40/40 Club, told the publication that Jay “definitely wants to keep it as part of his legacy.”

Robinson added that as they search for the “right location,” the rapper has been “very involved” in the process.

‘One of the sharpest guys I’ve ever worked with,’ he said, Jay-Z has ‘been at site locations and in meetings.’

He went on, “It just shows that when you envision something or dream something, you can make it happen, whether it’s a young entrepreneur or just people that work around him.”
