NBA player LeBron James is in Hawaii and is sharing with his more than 11 million Instagram followers one of the “best experiences” of his life on the Big Island.
James shared two brief videos and two images of himself and his family visiting a north Kohala waterfall on his Instagram feed. According to what we’ve been told, the waterfall is on private property and can only be reached by guided trip.

“One of the best experiences in my life thus far,” he stated in an Instagram post. This was discovered in Kona, Hawaii, in the middle of nowhere many years ago.
“Funnest thing I’ve ever done, or at least top five,” James says to the camera in another video. It was insane. “How I felt at the time and still do!” he also wrote. Kona, Hawaii. “New Waterfall in the Spring.”
He shared another picture of his family in front of an airplane on Tuesday, writing, “Off to Hawaii.”

It’s unclear if James intends to visit any other islands or how long he intends to remain in Hawaii.
His posts were made the day after he and SpringHill Entertainment inked a deal with Warner Bros. for content creation, which includes possible digital, television, and film projects.
